Living Out Of Darkness
A personal journey of embracing bipolar      by George Denslow
Bipolar Life Coaching
(for everyone)

Living Out of Darkness Life Coaching is for:

  • Bipolar people ready to actively and consciously improve the quality of their lives.
  • Friends and relatives ready to explore the positives.
  • Anyone wanting to delve deeper into their positive spiritual journey.

A little bit about my Coaching Style:

With all my clients (you definitely don't have to be bipolar to work with me), I draw on my lifetime of engaging with bipolar. I find that my day-to-day experience with the extremes of human emotion enables me to act as a c
ompassionate witness.

My passion is engaging with bipolar as a journey. Living, learning, and supporting others in awakening, discerning and experiencing all the good in this gift.

For those interested in knowing about my formal training, I have a Life Coaching Certification from bestselling self-help author and Life Coach-extraordinaire Alan Cohen.

Things I can't help with:
  • Crisis intervention/hospitalization. This is best left to the professionals at 911. Safety first.
  • Meds. Whether or not to use meds is personal decision. Since I don't and never have, I feel completely unqualified to discuss this topic.
  • People who see themselves as victims. Anyone with an active victim mentality will quickly be frustrated working with me - please don't waste your time or mine.

Where:
All Coaching is by phone.

Fees:

I love Life Coaching and would do it for free, except that I have found that my clients get more out of their sessions if they are concretely invested in some way. Therefore, I have adopted the following fee structure:

Sliding Scale $70-150/ 1 hr. session
(Pay according to the value in relation to your income.)

Or, if you are currently experiencing limitation of FUNds that make even $70 prohibitive, please contact me about alternate options that will allow you to pay-by-volunteering with your favorite organization.
